Gwinnett County Georgia Genealogy

From: Charles and Sue Hughes

This is what I have. The names of the persons in the plot don't match exactly
the names of the persons on the census so it is hard for me to tell. Not
knowing anyone personally from this family, I have no one to contact to
confirm. I got some of the names originally from a letter that my great
grandmother had written to one of the "cousins" in norcross. This was early
1920's. Thank you for your help.

Sue

BURIAL LOCATION: Old Town Cemetery, Norcross Ga

In the plot are: W.H.H.Rogers b 5-20-1841 d 10-17-1919
Viannah Rogers b 12-10-1842 d 3-04-1928
Lithonia Rogers Blackwell d 04-17-1915
Leuria Rogers Hays d 09-08-1940
Neronia M. Rogers d 12-4-1954
The latter three are probably his children according to 1880 Census

@Census - 1880 Gwinnett Co
Lists 7 children as of 1880. The names differ for 3 that are in the
same burial plot but are close enough to probably tie them together:
Vianah D age 13 Laura F age 11 Thomas E age 9
Elizabeth J age 7 Hanah S age 5 Orzana N age 3
Manervia age 1
